All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days.
Once the order is processed and shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number. Delivery time is standard, 2-6 business days. (Delivery time may vary depending on international destination)
Your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement.
If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately and on different dates.
If the package could not be delivered and is returned to Beeseal by courier, we will contact you to see if you would like the merchandise to be reshipped or for a refund. The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
We hope that you will be completely satisfied with all products you purchase from Beeseal. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return your items by mail.
Simply return the item for an exchange or refund within 30 days of the purchase date. We will not accept any returns made after this 30-day period.
All returned products must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase or a certified copy of the receipt, invoice and in an unused, unworn and undamaged condition, with all original tags attached, in addition to the original packaging.
Once the merchandise is received at Beeseal and if the return conditions are met, we will refund the amount paid for the items. The refund should appear on your credit card statement within 5-7 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
